杨立群，男，1972年7月出生，无党派人士，籍贯浙江湖州，2010年获得第二军医大学博士学位，麻醉学主任医师、博导，现任上海交通大学附属仁济医院麻醉科主任。

主要社会兼职：

世界麻醉学会联盟（WFSA）教育委员会委员；中华医学会麻醉学分会副秘书长兼药理学组组长；上海市医学会麻醉专科分会 副主任委员兼药理学组组长；中国药理学会麻醉药理分会 副主任委员；《中华麻醉学杂志》、《临床麻醉学杂志》和《上海医学》 编委等。
